Some clients reported that no notifications come from Mr. Bin app.
Please try changing the following settings on your iOS device and see if this helps rectify the issue:
1) Settings→Notifications→Mr.Bin→ Allow Notifications << (should be ON)
2) Settings→Notifications→Mr.Bin→ Sounds << (should be ON)
3) Settings→Notifications→Mr.Bin→ Show on lock screen << (should be ON)
4) Settings→Mr.Bin→Background App Refresh; << (should be ON)
